Beløbet reserveres på din konto når du afgiver din ordre men trækkes først når varen sendes.

 

LEVERING

Varer i DK afsendes 1-7 dage efter ordren er afgivet.

Varer i Eu afsendes 1-14 dage efter ordren er afgivet.

Varer udenfor EU afsendes 1-14 dage efter ordren er afgivet.

FORTRYDELSESRET
Du har ret 14 dages fuld returret fra den dag varen er modtaget.
Du bedes skriftligt informere os om at du ønsker at returnere en vare. Begrundelse er ikke nødvendig.
Returnerede varer skal pakkes og sendes forsvarligt og varer samt emballage skal være i samme stand som ved modtagelser. Du hæfter for eventuelle skader under returforsendelsen, så vi anbefaler at du gemmer al emballage (også postemballage) indtil du er sikker på at du ønsker at beholde varen.

Vi returnere det fulde beløb når varen er modtaget retur. Senest 14 dage efter du har informeret os om at varen sendes retur såfremt varen er modtaget af os.

I tilfælde af udsolgte varer vil du hurtigst muligt blive informeret om at varen er udsolgt og blive tilbudt en alternativ vare som er på lager, få muligheden for at få tilsendt varen såfremt den igen kommer på lager eller naturligvis annullering af ordren.

Winberg Jewellery er underlagt persondataloven men opbevarer ikke personoplysniger kyrypteret og sender heller ikke oplysningerne krypteret.

Oplysningerne opbevares forsvarligt og er udelukkende tilgængelige for de personer der skal udføre ordren eller udsende nyhedsbrev.

Du kan til hver tid bede os slette oplysninger der ikke har med dit køb at gøre.

Winberg Jewellery har ikke adgang til og opbevarer derfor heller ikke kreditkortoplysninger.

Delivery:

Available products will be delivered as followed:

to adresses within Denmark within 2-7 working days. 

to adresses within EU 3-14 working days.

to adresses outside EU within 3-14 working days.

Custom orders will be shipped within 4-6 weeks from payment is received.

Lea Winberg Jewellery is not responsible for any lost packages.

 

Pricing:

Prices are shown in danish kroner and is including danish vat of 25%. Nondanish credit cards will be charged according to the daily exchange rates on the day of transaction from your credit card company. Euro prices stated in the webshop are calculated by the standard exchange rate of 7,45 Dkk per euro.

 

Warrantee/Claims:
At purchase you are guaranteed a two year warrantee from invoice date.
This warrantee includes manufacturing flaws. It does not include damages from wear and/or dents, scratches, mistreatment or excessive use.
There is no warrantee on gold or rhodium platings.

Returns:
Returns of unworn and undamaged jewelry are accepted untill 14 days of delivery. Goods should be returned in original packaging. Return cost are not refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@leawinberg.dk.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will found out about your return. 

  

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
